Fake Army Captain Napped In Kano As He Go About Terrorizing People

Meet a fake Army officer (captain) nabbed in Kano terrorizing people in the city. 

Investigations reveal the fake soldier is a kidnapper parading around the city. He was subsequently invited my military officers and interrogated.
