Speaking at the occasion in Arochukwu, the Lawmaker identified some factors such as lack of discipline, monitoring and evaluation as measures that lead to the failure of any business venture.

He harped on the need for the coordinators of the program to be diligent and regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of the beneficiaries of the loans, in a way to ascertain if they are making progress or not.
Also speaking, a staff of NIRSAL Micro Finance Bank, Mr. Elijah Aroh, who represented the bank at the occasion, advised that there is need to properly sensitize the beneficiaries the requirements in order to succeed.

On her part, one of the cordinators of the program Mrs. Blessing Okoro, urged the beneficiaries to ensure they utilize the opportunity to better their lots, adding that commitment is the key to every successful business.
She reiterated the need for them to be focus and never to relent, maintaining that their efforts will determine what will happen in their businesses in the nearest future.
During the event, others who spoke include Mazi Achibe Dike and Mrs. Charity Oti among others.
The women have since been advised to access the loan through application to the NIRSAL Bank.
