The attack which the Nigerian Military tagged, "Operation Python Dance" led to lost of lives and properties in the south eastern Nigerian, Umuahia to be precise.
The outcome of last Tuesdays sit at home as a mark of honour to these fallen heroes and heroines was quite worrisome and devastating to the residence of Arochukwu Community.
It was a catastrophic moment as Alarm was raised from the residents of Ututu and Ihe that Unknown gun men are heading towards the Arochukwu Kingdom following their refusal to adhere the sit at home order by the Indigenous People Of Biafra.
Shops were being closed up, the market women at Nkwo market left their goods looking for a place to take a cover while those that came to buy couldn't buy to their satisfaction following this incident.
Everybody was looking for a place to take cover, including road transport workers, this led to the scarcity of Okada drivers as some people became unavoidably stranded.
According to report, the Nigerian Army got this information and left to stop them from entering the Arochukwu L.G.A, on Ihechiowa, the soldiers allegedly fired shots in different directions, sparking tension in the community of Ihe. Surprisingly, no lost of live was recorded as bullets were being dropped on floor on reaching the body of the unknown gun men.
According to report, the unknown gun men didn't fired back but approached the soldiers and left them in shock.
This led the soldiers to flee and return back to their base noting that the unknown gun men are very wicked.
The soldiers later returned back to Ihechiowa, accusing ihechiowa youths of being the people that attacked them.
Meanwhile, the unknown gun men couldn't enter the Arochukwu Kingdom after encountering with the Nigerian Army at Ihechiowa.
