Ndi Eze Should Stop Fixing Eke Ekpe On Sundays - Pst Udogadi Philip

Pst Udogadi Philip a resident of Asaga village Arochukwu and the senior pastor of Bread Of  Life church Oror has condemned the continuous hosting of Ikeji Annual Festival On sundays.

The man Of God who tagged this act as disrespect and disillusion to God almighty, he noted that Aros usually make use of saturdays for nkwo instead of sundays if it erroneously fall on sunday, if so, why have they chosen to be observing the Ikeji Annual Festival on sundays for the past five years now.

This question was asked today during the Aro annual lecture series and thanks giving ceremony hosted by Aro for Christ movement - ACM.

The question which derived peoples interest and attention to knowing why its being done like that, got the event venue on tranquil state as everybody were expecting to hear from nde Eze and Ikeji Organizing Committee a level - headed answer to this question.

After a while, the Eze Kanu Nwa Kanu being the Eze Ibom Isii did justice to the question as he expresses penitence towards the continuous hosting of Ikeji Aro on sundays instead of other days of the week, he noted that the eccentric hosting of Ikeji Festival is in accordance to the Ikeji Calendar and not to the blame or decision of any individual. He described Arochukwu as a community after God's name and would not in any way involve themselves in anything that will attract the wrath of God upon his own people. He noted that this particular issue has been a bundle of burden bordering his heart over these few years that the festival have been put on sundays.

 He disclosed that the Bible warned us to give seizer what belongs to seizer and to God what belongs to God, he went further to beseech everyone to follow his heart and do the right thing always, noting that no one can stop churches in Arochukwu to not hold on any sunday that crashes with Ikeji but will advice everybody to follow his heart and worship the God that his heart accepts.
